Course overview
The main focus of the level 2 programme is to enhance skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for industry.
Sessions will be delivered in both a workshop environment (for practical work) and a classroom environment (for theory work).
Also incorporated into the study programme will be maths & English, tutorial, work experience, academic tutorial and relevant trips & guest visits.

Successful completion of the level 2 programme will aid progression onto apprenticeship the following academic year.
Entry requirements
Completion of the level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying, alongside demonstration of programme-ready attendance, behaviours and attitudes.
The student must have achieved a minimum of Entry 3 Maths and English in the previous year with continual and satisfactory attendance in English, maths, tutorial and work experience where relevant.

How is this course assessed?
The programme is assessed via online exams, workbooks, projects and practical test pieces for each unit.
