The team leader apprenticeship is exactly like it sounds - you'll be trained up to become a team leader and will be responsible for managing a team to ensure they work efficiently.
Key responsibilities in this apprenticeship involve you supporting, managing and developing your team, as well as having overall responsibility for project management, managing your team's workload, resolving any problems that happy, and building relationships with your team members as well as external people outside of your organisation and immediate team.
If you're already working and looking to take the next step up to management, the team leading apprenticeship is an ideal route to do so.
