C&G Level 2 Award in Barista Skills

During this course you will learn how to correctly set up and serve a variety of drinks using the traditional barista coffee machine. You will demonstrate all health and safety measures throughout, whilst using the coffee machine, you will prepare 7 different hot drinks ranging from a expresso to hot chocolate.

Distance Learning - Counselling Skills (Level 2 Certificate) 2024-25

In this 15 week course you'll learn about core counselling skills and how to use them in a counselling relationship. You will also learn about counselling theory and the ethical framework that informs how counsellors use their skills.
