Course overview
During this course you will learn how to correctly set up and serve a variety of drinks using the traditional barista coffee machine.
You will demonstrate all health and safety measures throughout, whilst using the coffee machine, you will prepare 7 different hot drinks ranging from a expresso to hot chocolate.
You will complete the set up and cleaning procedures of the coffee machine.

How is this course assessed?
The course is assessed by both of the following methods
Practical with an exam where you will be graded Pass, Merit or Distinction.
Written exam marked out of 20.
