East Durham College has some of the best sports facilities available in the North East and our sports hall is just one of them.
The sports hall is fully customisable, with the ability to split the hall into two separate courts, and with plenty of equipment available the hall is ideal for all kinds of sports including indoor football, basketball, netball, dance and more.
Wanting to host an external event and looking for some fantastic facilities? You've just found them! Our sports hall is available for hire for external clients and is regularly used for external events such as dancing competitions.
The sports hall also can be converted to offer extensive amounts of seating too.
The sports centre is an amazing facility for ALL our students, and particularly those studying on a sports course. East Durham College has a fantastic reputation as a sports college with it's great facilities, highly professional sports academies and superb staff.
