EDC Half Term Taster Day - Do you fancy trying something a bit different this half term?
Then why not have a break from your revision, TikTok and Netflix and come along to our exciting half term taster event for our Year 11 applicants.
The event is a great opportunity for you to get a real taste of life as a student here at East Durham College, see the facilities and meet our fantastic lecturers - so you’ll have no worries about starting your course in September.
You will take part in some course-related sessions within the curriculum area you have applied for. These will be interesting, enjoyable and help you to develop new skills - alongside other future EDC students just like you. That way, you can meet some of the other people you are likely to be classmates with when you start college in September.
The event is on Monday 24th February 2025, from 10am till 2pm, please see the attached timetable for more details.

*The college canteens at Willerby Grove and Houghall will both be open, so you can buy a hot meal or you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch. If you are attending The Technical Academy, there will be no food service so please bring your own packed lunch.
