This part-time course covers the fundamental knowledge and skills you will need to understand and identify normal and abnormal behaviour in a range of animals. You will examine how husbandry and feeding practices influence behaviour and the welfare of a range of animal species.
This course covers the use of handheld leaf blowers and vacuums, including pre-use checks, maintenance, identification of controls and operating the machine to blow or collect vast amounts of leaves to its capacity.
This course covers the use of hedgecutters, the range of machines, pre-start checks and basic maintenance, fuel mixing and basic pruning techniques and systems.
