Free Courses for Businesses
Are you a local business interested in expanding the skills of your workforce for FREE?
At East Durham College we work with businesses just like yours to offer various free courses that you can use to upskill your staff.
And thanks to funding provided by the DUO project, you can access funding quickly and easily so it won't cost you a penny!
What Courses Are Available?
In short - loads! We offer a wide selection of courses and free training options, and if it's not on the list, get in touch with your unique requirements and we'll do our very best to help make it happen.
The following courses are available:
Mental Health First Aid
Candidates will achieve NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace.
Course dates:
The course will run on Monday 23 February, Tuesday 24 February and Wednesday 25 February.
Will I Have to Fill Out Loads of Paperwork?
No! We'll help you every step of the way and on average it takes just 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and sort out your application for funding.
