Studying Film Studies with ED6 drives exploration of the constantly evolving forms of film making and the theory behind the developing nature of cinematography.
We look at films from a range of classic to modern day blockbusters to compare the ever-present details in developing a narrative and the encompassing use of technology to deliver a masterclass in on screen action.
Once we have embedded the knowledge, we need to master the practical! We will be creating short films, scenes and scripts of our own with a goal of becoming film makers ourselves!
Over the 2-year Course we will look at a large range of theories, products & developing methods of practical activities. The briefs for coursework and session content change every year so we will have new and fun opportunities to explore in every term!
