The Level 3 programme is designed to help you explore a wide variety of areas in the Media Industry, developing your skills in planning and producing, researching and creating, filming and advertising through the use of digital technology across the course.
This qualification is designed to help you extend your understanding of the area or areas of the media industry you'd like to enter in the future, through enhancing your skills in planning, researching, creating, filming, advertising and using digital technology.
This course will give you the opportunity to learn core principles of the media industry and essential theories, alongside developing your professional and technical skills in a real life environment!
The EPQ offers the chance for A Level students at ED6 to gain real independence, resilience and maturity as learner, while pursuing any topic of your choosing. It is equivalent to 50% of an A Level and is well regarded by universities as evidence that the transition from college to university will be a smooth one and may be taking in to consideration in their conditional offer or provide additional UCAS points.
