This 10 week course will cover the health and safety relevant to working with domestic animals. You will gain knowledge and practical skills in handling & husbandry of a range of small mammals and exotic species.
During this course you will learn how to correctly set up and serve a variety of drinks using the traditional barista coffee machine.
You will demonstrate all health and safety measures throughout, whilst using the coffee machine, you will prepare 7 different hot drinks ranging from a expresso to hot chocolate.
