Develop your knowledge and skills in textile crafts with our Level 2 Certificate in Creative Craft (Textiles). This course is all about exploring your interests and developing your crafting skills. You’ll explore textile materials and techniques such as printing, fabric dyeing, and embroidery. We’ll also look at colour theory, formal elements of art and craft, and some of the tools that are commonly when creating textiles.
The purpose is to introduce basic Carpentry and Joinery skills and knowledge to those who have either no, or very little, prior experience. This is a DIY Carpentry and Joinery course delivered over 12 weeks, 3 hours each session (Thursdays) and is aimed at adults aged 19+ who have an interest in improving their home or might be interested in progressing onto our full time course.
