Your Music, Your Way

Music's all about the individual. Whether you want to feel the beat through the drums, get up on stage and shred on the guitar, play classic pieces on the piano, or get behind the scenes and start producing music yourself, it all happens right here at East Durham College.

Our highly experienced music lecturers are on-hand at all times to ensure that you grow both as a musician and as a person while you're with us. They'll teach you how to hone your musicality to perform to the best of your abilities, teach you the theory behind music and also organise amazing opportunities for you to show your talents.

We're all about preparing you for life after college too; with the things you'll learn at EDC, you'll be prepared to go on to work afterwards, or even on to further study at university after you leave us.
