Pastoral support – meet our Progression Coaches

Starting college is a big step. You’ll be assigned a Progression Coach when you enrol, who will:

  • run your tutorial programme to help you build resilience, confidence, employability and independence
  • support your wellbeing
  • help you stay on track with attendance and progress towards your goals

Complete our Bursary application form and we’ll be in touch within 21 days* with an outcome. Support depends on assessment and eligibility under our Bursary policy.

*During peak times, such as September and October, it may take longer than 21 days for applications to be assessed.

Childcare cost support

If you’re aged 16–19, you may be eligible for the government’s Care to Learn scheme, which helps with childcare and travel costs while you study.
