We offer a range of full-time Computing & ICT programmes for 16-18s including T Levels, as well as part-time and flexible learning courses for adults.

What you'll study

You'll build a strong foundation in core digital disciplines. Depending on your level, this may include: 

• programming and software development
• networking and cybersecurity
• IT support and troubleshooting
• website development and digital design
• systems analysis and database fundamentals
• communication and digital project work
• understanding how the digital industry operates

Your coursework mixes hands-on tasks with the knowledge you need to understand how digital systems work in the real world.

Our computing & IT facilities

You'll train in a dedicated, industry-inspired digital suite equipped with: 

• high-spec gaming PCs
• Xbox Series X consoles
• VR headsets
• drones and advanced video cameras
• 3D printers
• dual-screen workstations
• specialist software for programming, design and game development

It's an ideal space to explore everything from coding to content creation in a practical and engaging way.

Learning beyond the workshop

As you develop your skills, you'll also take part in: 

• work experience with local employers
• workshops and talks from digital professionals
• enrichment opportunities linked to gaming, coding and multimedia
• educational trips and digital events
• one-to-one careers advice and goal-setting
• support from staff with industry experience

These experiences help you understand real-world expectations and explore roles that match suit your strengths and interests. 

Where it could lead

Our courses prepare you for employment, apprenticeships or university-level study. Depending on your level, you could progress to a Level 3 course or a digital apprenticeship, and on to roles such as: 

• digital support technician
• IT support technician or helpdesk analyst
• junior security operations analyst
• an entry-level data role
• software developer

Fees & funding

Course fees vary by level. Full-time courses are free for 16 to 18-year-olds. Adult students may also be eligible for funding depending on circumstances.
