166 Matters Arising
The Assistant Principal Performance noted the draft Strategic Workforce Plan will be reviewed at the next College Leadership Group (CLG) meeting and shared with members at the next meeting.
167 Estates Update
The Vice Principal Finance and Business Planning presented the report and highlighted areas of compliance. The current compliance status is good overall will all inspections/tests in date. The report was considered to be confidential.

169 IT Update
The Vice Principal Finance and Business Planning presented a general IT update, including the ongoing roll out of Windows 11, the continued support from IT on the T-Level Wave 5 projects, the refurbishment of two IT classrooms and the installation of the new immersive suite at Willerby Grove with plans to install an immersive suite at the Houghall Campus.
It was noted that a specific Cyber Security paper would be presented to Audit and Risk committee.

170 Finance Update:
The Vice Principal Finance and Business Planning presented the report to the committee, including an update on year end 23-24, management accounts for 24-25, Houghall heating system and Wave 5 projects. The report was considered to be confidential.

The Chair asked if it would be valuable to hold a meeting at Houghall to include a tour. The committee agreed it would be good to see the new developments at Houghall.
